I got in much later than expected and was greeted by a friendly front desk attendant, very quick check in (which was highly appreciated due to the time of night). The bed was comfortable and room was huge. Breakfast in the morning was good, there was an area to order fresh food as well as an area to grab and eat quickly (mostly breads, but also fruits and yogurt). Staff was friendly, hotel was clean.
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Conway and had a generally good experience. Unlike other Hilton hotels, this one does not offer free breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. However, the location makes up for it—there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding a place to eat was easy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the pleasant stay. Update: I spoke to the receptionist and clarified that my booking comes with free breakfast. She was able to sort it out with the restaurant in charged. We got out free breakfast today.
Great hotel for a quick stop and stay one night. Free breakfast if you book the right rate. Apparently I didn't. Oh well, lots of other food options near by. Room was clean and properly cooled for the hot day. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Marissa was awesome! Supported our family with all needs. She made our one night getaway feel like the mini vacation we needed. She was always very positive, helpful, communicative, and compassionate. Wish she was at the front desk of all my hotel stays! Breakfast staff was nice, as was housekeeping. Love the lemon water in lobby and WiFi was fast. The room met all our needs but was pretty basic. Drawers stick, had to set something on hvac controls cover or it rattled loudly, only tea for the in room Kureg. Pool area is nice but heated pool was still pretty cold and towels were pretty thin. Location was great for both shopping and restaurants. Overall good hotel and would stay again.
We were in town for an event with over 300 participants. We stayed at the two at Jason hotels. The Hilton gardens in Conway was super hospitable and we will be back when we come to town. Excellent staff clean rooms.
The workers are very kind and highly professional! The beds are extremely comfortable! Rooms are very clean! The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash all ready to use! And they have amazing breakfast on top of it all! - other information - •The pool is open 6am-10pm
Nice hotel. If you get room 100 wear ear buds . Door slamming early in mornings and very loud. Your right next to stairs and a door : Bed was comfy, Nice location and friendly staff. No free breakfast!
